UPDATE: 18 MARCH 2020

Following the UK Goverment advice issued on 16 March, Putney Theatre Company has made the difficult decision to postpone the following shows: The HollowTruth or Dare?Gut and Cyrano de Bergerac. Rehearsals and auditions have also ceased for all productions.

Ticket-holders for the above shows will be contacted by our Box Office team in order to arrange exchanges and credit notes. We ask that you bear with us during this process.

The health and wellbeing of our audiences, staff and volunteers continue to remain our utmost priority in every decision we make. We are currently working on ways to keep engaged with our community over the coming weeks and months. Further updates and date changes will be posted on our website and social media channels when our position becomes clearer.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful audiences and members for their support during this time of huge uncertainty. As a charity we rely on ticket sales to keep our doors open and the insecurity that lies ahead is a real worry for a theatre that has been open to the local community for 56 years. Therefore – if you can afford to – please consider donating to the theatre; contributions, however large or small, will help us be an even stronger theatre when we reopen.
