Auditions for all Putney Theatre Company productions are open to anyone, not just PTC members - although you will be required to join if you are cast - see Membership for more information on this.

Information on which scenes from the play will be used as audition pieces may be made available on this website in advance of the auditions to enable actors to prepare should they so wish. Actors are not required or encouraged to learn any of the pieces. Some plays supply reading copies whiach are available to borrow from the box office - see the individual audition pages for more information.

At the auditions actors are guaranteed the opportunity to read at least one of the pre-advertised audition pieces, although they may be required to read further or different sections of the text as the director chooses. The director may wish to hold recalls, and if so this will be advertised beforehand. NB: Being recalled is not a guarantee that an actor will be cast. Not being recalled does not mean that an actor has been rejected.

Check this page regularly for news of future PTC auditions or check the Audition Diary page for PTC and G64 auditions.
